Car accidents are the leading cause of serious injury.  For many of us, driving is unavoidable, and we spend a lot of hours of our lives driving, more time than we care to admit.  An accident can happen in a split second, and without any warning.  If you or a loved one has been injured in a car accident, you may feel confused and overwhelmed.  Accidents can be scary occurrences, and sometimes, even life changing.  After a wreck, you may be shaken up not sure where to turn.  Although we believe we know what to do following an accident, often times we find ourselves unprepared to deal with the aftermath of an accident.  It’s normal to have questions following an accident such as will my car get fixed, should I go to a doctor, will my bills be paid, what if I can’t work?  I have answers to your questions and can help you navigate the complex maze that follows a car accident.

All too often, victims of car accidents refrain from getting the medical treatment they need.  Many people are in shock following an accident and only realize they’ve been injured once the adrenaline subsides and they begin to notice symptoms.  Pain in any form should not be ignored.  Getting the right diagnosis and treatment of your injuries is critical.

I know that not all accidents are the same, especially when it’s your accident.  Not only do the facts of every accident vary, but no two people are the same, nor do they experience pain and injuries the same.  Accidents  are caused by the negligence and carelessness of another driver for multiple reasons and can include inattention, distracted driving, failure to yield, speeding, or drinking.  If you are a victim or a car accident through the negligence and carelessness of another driver, you may want to know if you can be compensated.  That’s why I take the time to discuss your specific case with you and evaluate your case individually.  You need someone with years of experience who will work with you and fight for what you deserve.    Whether you can get compensation from injuries caused by another driver depends on several factors.  From your first appointment, I go through your specific case, and help ease your mind so you have time to heal from your injuries.  Your main goal needs to be your health and healing.  I want to make sure you are taken care of and have the tools at your disposal to help you because justice for you is my priority.
